I have decided for my graded project to work on an esthetic center's website in my city. I have chosen it because I found some things to improve when I went on their website so I thought it was the opportunity to work on it.

It seems to make sense. Nevertheless we can find some improvements concerning the title. The word "soins" is repeated twice and the word "presentation" is not really relevant of what they do. Moreover it is useless to write a whole sentence. It is better to put relevant keywords.

How easy is it to find the website, does it work on company name, on main keywords, local or international (key markets)

It is not really easy to find this website. This is probably due to the fact that the word "aloha" is a real famous one. So when you type on Google "aloha institute" you are oriented toward websites in Hawai or in big town like Lyon or Paris. If you want to find it you have to type the localization, that is to say, the name of the town or its postal code. Unfortunately the website does not come first when you are loking for an esthetic center in the town. This shows that keywords are perhaps not really well chosen to put in relief this website on a Google research.
So if you want to find this website you have to know it or at least earing about it which is a loss of profitability for the company.

Nevertheless, thanks to this information, we can think about some improvements. The first keyword with a large density must be deleted. Title and keywords tag are too long and the loading time too. We can note that some words like coordinating conjunction are useless in the title and keywords tag. So you can delete them and they will not be as long as it is. To avoid the loading time, you can choose other pictures that are not as heavy as the existent ones.

How added value , content heavy is the page, only hard sell or info or is there updated and added value info available

As it is a website aimed at presenting a services' company, there is not hard sell but only information of the localization, services, devices used, prices and time table. We can note that these offers have not been updated since 2008 which is clearly a sign of negligence. That is why this website really needs to be improved.

Create a tagcrowd of the index page and see if this makes sense visually, compare to your toughest competitors

There are not backlinks. This is a bad thing because baclinks is a way to be known by customers of baclinks' sites. That is why, in order to be known by as many people as possible, create baclinks coul be a solution. For instance with deals companies, tourist town or town councils.

As well on DMOZ as on Wikipedia, we cannot find anything about this website. We are oriented toward other websites (hawaian ones) but there is no track of this website..

Google ad words is a good PPC source to begin. It allows the website to be the first on the page when someone types “institut de beauté Annecy”( beauty center Annecy)
It has not a PPC budget yet certainly because it is a local website.
