Graded Project

I have decided to focus the work on this start-up, based in my natal city Montpellier, which is a company that offers you to drive you and your car back home after a party when you know you have been drinking too much, in order to have a safe return and to avoid losing some points of your driving license. In addition to this initial offer, te company now provides a wider range of services such as taking charge of seniors, personal drivers for committees and so on.
How? The driver is taking a little folding scooter not larger than your trunk!

Prezi :

Since it is an existing website, I’ll analyze the following points:

See the metatags information of the pages, does it make sense?
<meta property="og:title" content="Votre chauffeur &agrave; Montpellier - Scooter pliant"/>
<meta property="og:description" content="Drive Me est le chauffeur de votre véhicule. Nous mettons à votre disposition des capitaines de soirée qui se chargent de prendre le volant de votre voiture. Rentrez ainsi en sécurité après vos soirées arrosées."/>

The metatag of the title has a world that doesn’t make any sense; I couldn’t figure it what it means: “&agrave”. That is certainly an error, so it has to be fixed, otherwise the rest of the metatag for the title is quite accurate and sensible.
For the metatag of the description, I think it could be more effective, because that’s a whole sentence:
“Drive Me est le chauffeur de votre véhicule. Nous mettons à votre disposition des capitaines de soirée qui se chargent de prendre le volant de votre voiture. Rentrez ainsi en sécurité après vos soirées arrosées.” There are words of coordination, personal pronouns, which are not really pertinent.

How easy is it to find the website, does it work on company name, on main keywords, local or international (key markets)
If you type Driveme on Google, you don’t have even at the end of the first page, the website. It’s only the second Google webpage.
It’s quite obvious that with these two so general words, it’s hard to find the website. They have tried to fix this issue by buying the domain name of driveme34, 34 being the number of the department in which they operate, the matter is that clients don’t know it before.

Compare to competitors
Firstly, there are not real competitors to DriveMe (localized in the same are, I mean), because the idea, imported from UK, is quite new in France. On the first page, there are no competitors appearing.
I've chosen, Izydrive, a company providing the same services but not located in the same department, but we can compare it to DriveMe, they appear on immediately because they have a very specific name.

What does Alexa say?
Alexa, excepting giving the global rank of the website (13,569,203), doesn't give any further information, due to the company that is young and not yet very well known.

How added value, content heavy is the page, only hard sell or info or is there updated and added value info available
The page has a really good design, it has a lot of information about services, prices but also you can check online a drive directly no the website, an added value for the costumers.

Create a tagcrowd of the index page and see if this makes sense visually, compare to your toughest competitors
(see the prezi)

Check the backlinks (be careful about the relevance of those links which is not guaranteed)
There are no blacklinks. I think it’s a pity, because with blacklinks you can improve your visibility.

Check entrance of DMOZ as well as Wikipedia (English / France)

The company doesn’t have any entrance in DMOZ or Wikipedia, it can be understandable because the company is quite young and not large enough yet. But, with all the improvement above that can be set up, we can believe that the reputation of the website will follow.
